Orders pass through several statuses during their lifecycle:
The platform sends users updates regarding any change in an order's status. Users of the web-trading terminal can see these updates in the Active Orders tab. API clients receive execution reports describing the last state of the order and can maintain the complete state on the client side.
In addition to order status, there are four more attributes related to quantity that describe the state of an order:
- Order Qty (Quantity) — the quantity initially submitted by the client
- Leaves Qty — the quantity of the order that remains unfilled
- Last Qty — the quantity of the last execution (trade)
- Cum (Cumulative) Qty — the total executed quantity of the order
The order quantity will always equal the sum of the leaves and cum quantities.
